How can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, please contact us or email us at support@fabricis.com immediately with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the fabrics have not yet been cut.


What is the minimum order quantity?

You can start to order from 1 yard.


Can I order multiple cuts of the same fabric?

Unfortunately, No.

If multiple cuts are required for the same fabric, individual orders must be placed./


How can I be sure of the item's color?

We do our best to describe an item's color in the variations on each product page. We hold each fabric up to the window to observe the color in natural light. However, we often find ourselves searching for just the right color terms. Despite our best intentions, we can never guarantee exact color matching due to one simple fact: variations in monitor or mobile color settings can vary widely from device to device.

For this reason, we strongly encourage you to order a swatch before purchasing your fabric. Trust us, customers who follow this advice never regret taking this step. If you're concerned that a fabric may sell out before you receive your swatch, feel free to email Fabric's customer service to ask if this is likely to happen with the fabric you're swatching.


Product dyed or printed lot difference

Even though we try to match the color as a swatch during production, there is always a chance to get different color

batch depends on the mill's situation.

If the color tolerance would be +/- 10%, we will notify you via e-mail.


What if an item I have purchased is out of stock?

Items that are out of stock or on backorder generally become available again within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the in-gray and dyeing situation. Of course, we will notify you once they're ready.
